VNG Scans
Videonystagmography (VNG) is the use of our VR system that has Infared sensors which trace your eyes and allow us to see brain activity based on 10 different tests. We are able to assess dysfunctional brain pathways and rehab them accordingly.

Posturography
This is our balance assessment test that will give us more insight on vestibular and cerebellar function. We use this most during vertigo and dizziness spells, but it also is used for many other diagnoses that deal with the vestibular system.

Tap Assessment
Tap assessment lets us assess cerebellum, temporal, frontal and overall how the lobes of the brain are reacting and working together.

Chiropractic & Dry Needling
We offer full spine adjustments for joint dysfunction. We believe the body was made to move and specific joint adjustments are a great way to keep the body moving.
We also offer dry needling for muscle issues. Dry needling is deeper than most surface level therapies such as massage. This is great for chronic tightness, migraines, and other tight areas.

We are a functional neurology office that focuses on treating root causes with advanced technology to diagnosis neurologic issues and natural remedies to allow the brain to heal itself.
Dr. Case is a Doctor of Chiropractic, with a Master of Clinical Neuroscience. He also has continued education for other therapies such as Dry Needling and a certificate of Brain Rehab Specialty.
What is Functional Neurology?
Functional neurology is treating the nervous system from an alternative focus that diagnoses and treats neurological disorders through non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical methods, primarily using specific brain exercises, sensory stimulation, and manual therapies to treat problems.
We treat based off of the 12 cranial nerves as well as from a vestibular standpoint.
The vestibular system is in charge of how your body perceives gravity. If this system is not functioning correctly, your brain will have many other symptoms.

Each patient gets their own personalized treatment plan based on their findings on our tests. We try to be as specific as we can be when we treat the brain and nervous system because it allows the brain to adapt and heal more efficiently. We provide in house therapies as needed and then send you home with at home exercises to continue healing from afar with check-ins as needed to ensure your care is ongoing. Treatment plans last from one week to 4 weeks, depending on each individual patient presentation.
